How to setup customer account

Here are the application and form info:

Account application and credit card authorization

Please provide us with the following information:
- Business license or seller permit. (DBA or different company name, please provide a copy of your tax ID)
- Account application and credit card information.
- If the name on the credit card does not match the name on the business license or owner information, please include a copy of the cardholder ID/driver license.

Your application will be reviewed and process within 2-3 business days.

Once you received stocklists, you can place your order.

NOTE: We will only process application if the company is in the marine aquarium industry.
